15 Minute meal: Ham and Pineapple Stirfry
3 ham steaks, about 400g
1 tbsp canola oil
1 onion, sliced
1 large carrot, diced
225g can pineapple, drained
1 green pepper, julienned
145g packet Asian sweet-and-sour pork mix
Cut ham into 2.5cm cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry onion and carrot, until onion is softened. Add ham, pineapple and green pepper and stir-fry for one-to two minutes. Add sweet-and-sour mix and heat through.
Serve with rice.
